Public Notice of Split-off and Submission of Objection by Creditors Public Notice of Split-off and Submission of Objection by CreditorsThe Split-off has been approved by a special resolution of the general meeting of shareholders pursuant to Articles 530-3 (1) and 530-3 (2) of the KCC. Under Article 530-9 (2) of the KCC, NewCo (i) will be responsible only for the liabilities (including obligations) of SKC that transferred to NewCo as a result of the Split-off and (ii) will not be jointly liable for the liabilities that have not been transferred by NewCo. In addition, SKC will not be jointly liable for the liabilities that have been assumed by NewCo and will only be responsible for the liabilities remaining in SKC. Any creditor who objects to the above Split-off may submit an objection as follows.1. Submission Period: November 23, 2019 - December 23, 20192.
